Product Release Schedule Update - Feb 2021

We're making some changes to how we create and release our Stream Packs.

This will most likely lead to some delays while we update a few things, including relaunching our previous Stream Pack.

If you saw our Monthly Update at the start of the month, you'll have seen some of the new Stream Packs we're working on for release over the next month.

We're new to the world of creating products for direct sale. In the past we've primarily worked on creating one-off designs for businesses and content creators. So this is all a bit of a learning curve for us.

In the process of developing our Stream Packs, we've realised that there's a better way to create and release our products that will benefit both us and our customers in the long run and provide a better final product in the end.

With that in mind, we wanted to keep you updated with what's happening and when to expect new packs to be ready.

Reworking WARZONE

Our next release was schedule to be our Star Wars JEDI Stream Pack, which should have been released this week.

Instead, we're going to be putting some time into reworking WARZONE to provide a better product with more purchase options and, well more options in general.

This reworking of WARZONE is going to be setting the new standard for how we develope and release our products, so here's what you can expect from the new WARZONE Stream Pack:

• Fully Animated - Initially we were planning on releasing a set of static Stream Packs and were going to work on animated versions later in the year. We've realised that a better option is to create the fully animated versions first, and then release the static versions based on those (for people who don't have setups capable of running heavy animations).
• Additional Purchase Options - We're breaking down our products into components, so you'll be able to purchase the entire Stream Pack, or if you just want the Alerts, Panels or Overlays you'll have options to only download those parts of each pack.
• Easier Setup - This applies mostly to Alerts and Stream Widgets. Most of those elements require some level of customisation in either StreamLabs or StreamElements, so we're working on creating these Widget sets directly in those platforms and providing installation links for each, making it easier for you to get up and running quickly.
• New Widgets - Speaking of StreamLabs and StreamElements, we're adding some additional Widgets to our packs to give you a more cohesive overlay.

These new updates are going to take a little longer to develop in the long run, but we feel it's the right way to go to make sure we're providing you the best possible product.

Interim Releases

Our product release plan now includes a number of interim products that will be launched in between major Stream Pack launches, you might have already seen a few of these pop up with IMPACT and SOLARIS, our Twitch Panel sets.

We have more of these smaller releases planned over the coming weeks and months, and our aim is to release between 3 - 4 of these sets each month (we're aiming for 1 per week).

Release Schedule

Our new product development system means we'll be spending more time on each release. This will obviously have an impact on the time between Stream Pack releases.

We're aiming to have WARZONE updated and scheduled for re-release by the end of February, with our fully animated Star Wars JEDI Stream Pack rescheduled for the end of March.

We'll be launching subsequent packs on a monthly basis with our interim releases scheduled in between. We're not sure yet how we'll manage weeks where both a Stream Pack and Interim set are both scheduled for release, but we'll work on that when it pops up.

Star Wars JEDI

For those of you who are waiting on the launch of our first Star Wars Stream Pack, we apologies for the delay in the launch of this pack, but we hope you understand that it's for a good reason. We want to make sure we're releasing the best products we possibly can and we're learning how to do that as we go.
